I thought the shipping cost was going to be a little ridiculous, but it ended up being less than I expected. Such a nice surprise, honestly. Happy about that.

Got mine the other day and, from what I could tell, it was packed really well. Box showed up fine and everything inside was safe, so no complaints there.

I had a problem with my chair, so I reached out to warranty support. They did get back to me and they did fix it in the end, but it took a few follow-ups, a few follow-ups. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the process had been quicker and a little clearer
